I completely and utterly agree with you regarding Terry and Cole, I still think people's private lives should be private. Yes the Beckham's are over rated, but they have played the p.r. game very cleverly and are both, despite appearances, shrewd business people!

I fully appreciate what you are saying about our men getting killed, I was married to a sailor during the Falklands and the first two Gulf episodes, and I know what it is like to sit and home and wait for news and for it to be all over the media etc.

I want an amazing opening ceremony too, something memorable that people will talk about for years, but you can bet your backside we will get some politically correct twaddle!
